The same thing happened to me. I called Monday last week and was told it would take 3 days, still no points. I use my Best Buy visa everywhere so I can get rewards to spend at Best Buy, this is turning me off to doing that in the future. Can you please look into helping me too?

Welcome back to the forum, though I truly wish it were under better circumstances. Receiving outside spending points is a great way to earn points, and fast! With that said, I'm sorry to hear yours from February may not have posted in a timely fashion. 

As you seem to be aware, you're not the only one that has experienced this with your February points. Please know we're checking with our support teams to see if this they are simply delayed, or if we'll have to take a look at accounts individually.
