Same with me. It very fruasting having to go on a different webpage to verify my transaction, then hope to the actual best buy website to see that it's not there and then having to jump to another branch of a best buy website to find any infomation.
The UI of the forums page is terrible. A moderator posted a reply with a malware link... so I'm not even sure if that's even a moderator or a person acting like one.

Welcome to our community forums. I'm sure you're eager to receive this $50 My Best Buy certificate and I would be more than happy to provide some more details on how this process works.
Once the offer has been activated and the qualifying purchases have been made, it can take up to four weeks after the for these certificates to be available in your account. When did you make these purchases?

I made the last qualifying purchase was Sept 28. So maybe 3 weeks Ill see it. I would like to know where it will be posted, will it be on the main BB website or the Visa BB website?

While the promotional offer depended on the use of your My Best Buy Visa card, Citibank doesn't deal directly with rewards points and certificates. You should see the bonus certificate reflected in your rewards account like you would any other certificate, and if the bonus certificate for some reason isn't reflected in your rewards account after a full four weeks, then feel free to send us a private message here. Just make sure to include your name, phone number, and email address.

So on my Best Buy account on Bestbuy.com my account is not linked to my Best Buy Visa Credit Card so how would I be able to link it together for the reward? Both emails I used are the same for the Visa account and the Best Buy website account, if that helps.

It sounds like you may have two rewards accounts with one of them tied to your My Best Buy Visa card, and if that turns out to be the case, then all we need to do is process a merge.
