Re: Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Pre Order Delay?!

I actually think mines there now from a email but I gotta call and actually check. One think I'm wondering is do they actually give you rewards zone points on all cell phones no matter how you pay? Cause i had to pay the tax to pre order but that shows right in the app there are no points for the tax and I'm elite plus and still nothing. So if you pick the installments and your actually paying on the phone bill each month do you still get the rewards zone points for the phone? Cause thats the only reason I even got it from best buy so it fills up the amount needed to get elite plus again. I seen att was actually offering that if you trade in a phone worth at least $60 they give you $1000 for it so thats a way better insane not to take deal TBH. So it would be nice to know %100 for sure if ill actually get reward zone points or not cause if not its insane not to just go to ATT itself.

Re: Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Pre Order Delay?!

Hello, OPTIKAWN,

Thank you for reaching out regarding your Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra pre-order! Phones can be quite an investment, so it's fair to ask how our My Best Buy program works with these. As you are aware, points are awarded for pre-tax amounts. As such, points awarded for phone purchases would entirely depend on how the phone is purchased.

Should you purchase the phone in one payment, you would then receive points for the pre-tax amount. However, should you choose leasing or installment billing with your carrier, your payments for the phone would ultimately be made to the carrier through your monthly bill, and would not receive points as the only thing you would be paying on our end would be the tax. For more information, you may wish to check out our My Best Buy Terms

I know this may not be the news you were hoping for as it sounds like you chose installment billing for your phone, but hope it provides clarity in what to expect. If you should have any questions, please let me know.

Thank you,
