Good call on checking because my order was cancelled just now too, despite being told multiple times by different Best Buy employees that it wouldn't be cancelled. Can't say I appreciate being lied to by Best Buy...
However, I have a new problem now: like with your order, I used a certificate on mine too (a $10 one), but while about half of it ($4.55) was applied to an item I got last year, the other half ($5.45) was applied to this preorder, and I haven't gotten that amount refunded back to me yet. Would anyone at Best Buy be willing to assist in helping make this right at least? I can provide an order number if needed.

Welcome back to our forums. I know if I were in your shoes I would want to use the remainder of this certificate on your next purchase. In most cases, these certificates will be returned to your account as points up to three days after an order has been returned or cancelled.
