Welcome to our forums! I’ve had a few reward certificates expire on me in the past, and it’s never a fun experience. It always feels like a missed opportunity, so I can certainly understand wanting to make sure this doesn’t happen to the $300 certificates in your account.

We try to make sure our customers are aware of each certificate’s expiration date, and these can be found on BestBuy.com, as well as the email notification we send once a certificate is issued. I’d like to review your My Best Buy™ account further, to make sure you’re not missing out on any of the options we have available to help prevent your certificates from expiring in the future. To review your account, I’ll be sending you a private message to gather some additional information from you, which you’ll be able to read by clicking on the orange envelope in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
Speak to you in a bit,
