Welcome to our forums! I’ve had a few reward certificates expire on me in the past, and it’s never a fun experience. It always feels like a missed opportunity, so I can certainly understand wanting to make sure this doesn’t happen to the $300 certificates in your account.
As outlined in the My Best Buy™ terms and conditions, each reward certificate will expire 60 days from the date they’re issued, unless otherwise noted on the certificate. We try to make sure our customers are aware of each certificate’s expiration date, and these can be found on BestBuy.com, as well as the email notification we send once a certificate is issued. Once expired, we’ll typically be unable to reissue these certificates. If you have any other questions regarding expired certificates, this floated post may provide additional insight:
