Having trouble finding your My Best Buy certificates in our system after having printed and disposed of them would be incredibly frustrating. Generally speaking, you should be able to locate the rewards on BestBuy.com, or even by having an associate look up your membership in store. It sounds like your rewards may have expired though. I know if I let one slip by me, I feel like it’s quite the missed opportunity, so I can imagine how frustrated you may be.
Our My Best Buy Terms advise that certificates typically have 60 days to be redeemed, unless otherwise noted. Once a certificate expires, we’re generally unable to reissue it. This expiration date would have been listed on the printed certificates, as well as on BestBuy.com while they were still valid. For more details, you may view the article below.
