I hope you can help me. I have tried many times with Best Buy  via chat and telephone with no results.



I had 2 reward certificates for $30 & $25 (still valid) converted to points on 10/25 this was done via chat (I have screenshot).
I was told I would see the points in 24 hours on my account and that I would get chat transcript via email.
Well almost a month has passed and I am still trying to get my points back.



I want to use rewards  this week for black friday.



Every time I chat I am told I will get copy of transcript and I do not. Over the phone I get different answers when I call.
