Re: Recent in-store purchases not showing on account

Do Apple purchases not purchased with a Best Buy credit card at least count towards your spend todal for meeting Elite or Elite Plus status in a year?

Re: Recent in-store purchases not showing on account

Hi, ozzfan84, and welcome back to the Best Buy forum,

That's a great question, and the answer is yes.  As long as an eligible form of payment is used (cash, credit, debit, check), an Apple purchase should count towards qualifying for Elite or Elite Plus status even if the purchase doesn't qualify for points.  Are you having trouble viewing your rewards history when logged in?  If so, I'd suggest logging out, clearing your cache and cookies, closing the browser, opening a new browser, and logging back into your rewards account.

I'd also make sure you're logging in using Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, as some of the program features may not work properly in other browsers, such as Firefox.  The rewards program is configured to work specifically with Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.  If you continue to have trouble viewing your rewards account, then feel free to send me a private message, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, and I'll see what I can do to help. Just make sure to include your name, phone number, and email address.

Best Wishes,
