Hey I am having that same problem! Just bought over 2000 dollars worth of an item and havent seen anything on my bestbuy account. Never had a problem until now. 

 

Let me know if you found out what happened and how it might be fixed!

Welcome to our community forums and thank you for taking the time to reach out regarding your My Best Buy account. As someone who tries to use a My Best Buy rewards certificate whenever I can, I know I would want to make sure a purchase like this was added to my account. I'd be glad to give you some information on what may have happened and what options you have available moving forward.

 

Do you recall if your My Best Buy account was added at the time of your purchase? If not, we do offer the ability to report missing points as long as you had a My Best Buy account prior to making your purchase. How long ago did you make your purchase? It can take up to 15 days after your purchase for points to become available.

 

Which product did you purchase? While you accrue My Best Buy points for most purchases, Apple and Beats products and Apple services not purchased on standard credit with the Best Buy Credit Card are excluded from this program. I look forward to hearing back for you so I can continue to look into this for you!
