I am having the same issue...I have tried different computers, different apps, different browsers, different networks, clearing my cache, adding the additional best buy email address, checking my junk/spam folders...i was even on BB chat this morning for an hour...the rep told me to download the BB app...when I tried to sign in, I got the verification code page...so then the rep tried to place the order for me but then sent me a confirmation text and when I tried to confirm, i got the verification code page again. The rep gave me the BB 1800 number and when I spoke with that rep she said she was not able to help me either. Is there any way to bypass/reset/fix this or will I never be able to use the app/online ordering again? I have been a BB credit card holder and regular customer since the early 2000s and have never had this problem/have never been abe to get through. I have no idea what else to do at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated if you were able to get through!!!

If I had a nickel for every time I got locked out of an account and had trouble getting back in, I'd have a load of nickels--and a ton of aggravation. I'm disappointed to hear that you've encountered such difficulties on our website.
