I am too finding quite a few are showing zero. If there is an 8 per year limit, please show this info in our accounts. That way, if we are posting reviews we know if it will qualify for points.

Welcome back to the forum, and thank you for connecting with us. It's always fantastic to hear you've been reviewing your purchases, as it's great input for future purchasers to have.

 

It sounds like you've recently discovered that there is an eight reward limit per calendar year, after reaching that limit and seeing many reviews post no rewards. We do our best to make this limitation known to our customers, and greatly appreciate you sharing your feedback on this. When writing a review, you should be able to see the terms of the offer at the bottom of the page.

Hi. When going to write a new review it states at the top of the page "Hey *****. You're getting 25 points for this review!"

If one has reached their limit of 8 per year, It should not say that and should read "You're getting 0 points for this review!"

That's all i'm saying. I have not found no were else an easy way to tell how many reviews you written, so that we can keep track of it. That you're getting 25 points then becomes misleading and is causing confusion when it shows up in your rewards history as 0. Best Buy can cut the questions down on this if you were to update website.
