The kicker is I DO have a My Best Buy CC (Visa, even) but after the theft of my points last year, they forced me to create a new account and can't get my account fully linked enough to let me even bank my points anymore. So I can't even trust they'll do it right enough to register I have the card to give me points.
I had this same problem. I called about a half dozen times, they could never fix it and sent me in circles. I fianly got in touch with someone here on the forums and she got it fixed in a couple of days.
