I had this same problem. I called about a half dozen times, they could never fix it and sent me in circles. I fianly got in touch with someone here on the forums and she got it fixed in a couple of days.

Hey, jknuss01, don't know if you'll ever see my answer or not, but I had been working with a specialist for 4 months who was trying to get the IT group and the others fix my account. It was a complete nightmare but as of the first of the month, I finally got my account straight, I believe. I'll make sure my new purchases actually get my rewards points credits before I'll say it's fully fixed, but it's moving in the right direction. Still wanted to say thanks for trying to help and appreciate it.
