Having the ability to login to an account can be very important, especially when trying to check your rewards account. I l login to my own rewards account every other day just out of habit. Are you unable to reset your password? Or is it requesting that you reset your password every time you login? If you are receiving an error when trying to reset it, then there is a chance you don't have a BestBuy.com account. That just means we need to create one for you and make sure that your rewards account is properly linked to it. If you are being asked to reset your password each time, then there are a few things we can try.
We will want to make sure your information on file is up-to-date and that your rewards account is only linked to one BestBuy.com account. Also, make sure you don't have any passwords saved for BestBuy.com on whatever device you are using to login and any ad blockers are turned off. Do you know if you use VPN? If so, then try logging in without accessing the VPN.
