This exact thing happened to me in May and just happened to me again yesterday. First time I changed my email, password, and added 2FA and now they did it again. Same store in Maryland. Same email address they used last time. I filed a police report this time.

This happened in May of 2022. I changed my email, my password, and did 2FA so it wouldn't happen again.
Yesterday I got an email to verify information change. No text. No notice. They stole $540 this time. Last time was $690.
I can't change my name on my account. I can't change my member ID without changing the information on my BBY Visa either, but I need to figure out what to do. I also see this has been happening for more than a full YEAR and no one has done anything to stop this.
