I made multiple purchases, over $2000 to be exact. I'm an eliet member and ysed my best buy card. I never received any points for these purchases, even a CASH purchase for a new I phone 8 and a Mac laptop ..... another $2000+ purchase. Where are my points?

Welcome to the forum and thank you for being a loyal My Best Buy member! It sounds like you’ve made quite a few large purchases recently, so I’m sure you’ve been anxiously awaiting these rewards. I know I would be keeping a close eye on my membership so that I could redeem the rewards and ensure they don’t expire.

 

With that said, you mentioned that you used your Best Buy Credit Card. I imagine you may have received 0 points for some of these purchases as you chose financing. Under our My Best Buy Program Terms, purchases made with financing do not qualify for points. We do our best to ensure this is as clear as possible on our Credit Cards page, as well as on the touch pad when you’re making your selection in store.

I understand you made other purchases with cash though, so I would be delighted to review your purchases to see exactly what may be going on. Please see that I am sending you a private message to gather some additional details. You may check your messages by signing into the forum then clicking the envelope icon in the top right corner of the page.

Great. Cash purchases were for an iPhone 8 and some electronic accessories between 2017 and today.
