Welcome to the forum and thank you for being a loyal My Best Buy member! It sounds like you’ve made quite a few large purchases recently, so I’m sure you’ve been anxiously awaiting these rewards. I know I would be keeping a close eye on my membership so that I could redeem the rewards and ensure they don’t expire.
With that said, you mentioned that you used your Best Buy Credit Card. I imagine you may have received 0 points for some of these purchases as you chose financing. Under our My Best Buy Program Terms, purchases made with financing do not qualify for points. We do our best to ensure this is as clear as possible on our Credit Cards page, as well as on the touch pad when you’re making your selection in store.
I understand you made other purchases with cash though, so I would be delighted to review your purchases to see exactly what may be going on.
