Greetings, I am having similar issues. I can't find my purchase nor the points in my account. This is since December 2020 and am getting the error message most are receiving. The purchase was not registered for some reason, but did received the e-mail for the order confirmation and then the e-mail for the order pick up. Need help figuring this out. Thanks in advance.

This can generally occur because you may have several My Best Buy accounts, or the purchase is already associated with an account.
