Hello - I have been having an issue with getting my reward points as well.  I made a purchase on 11/20/20 online.  I have not received my reward points as of yet.  I tried to submit a form for the missing reward points but keep getting "an unexpected error".  I tried to do a chat with someone to resolve the issue, and after 20 minutes no resolution besides being told to call the support number.  Anyone know why the form doesn't work and what can I do to correct this?
