I have the similar problem .

I met the requirement and the following shows up in my account history but the $50 certificate never showed up. 

I did not get a notice about this posting to my account either. 

I called several time, but no help-Just say wait...

Finaly today finally customer service told me that it was issued on 9/2/20 and expired on 10-11-2020.

Can you please help me to get is reissued or similar credit..
