I, too, have the same problem. call this 1888 and they transfer me ... re-route it me. made me create duplicate account to merge my account - none of it seem to work. escalated the ticket to higher up and never got contacted. BestBuy what are you doing? I can't believe you made your customer goes through a lot of grief just to reset MFA. You need train your employee. STILL Not yet resolved
