What kind of change are you trying to make? I have moved a few times since first enrolling in the My Best Buy™ program resulting in me having to update my own rewards account each time. While you should be able to update some of your information on BestBuy.com in Account Settings (address, phone #, mailing address), you would be unable to alter the name tied to a rewards account online. That is something we can help with though.
There are a handful of scenarios where we can make changes to the name tied to a rewards account, such as a simple misspelling or legal name change.
