I can see you sent me a private message with additional details prior to posting to the forum, so I'll be replying to it shortly to see what I can do to help.  You can read private messages by clicking on the envelope icon at the top of the page.  In the future, feel free to just send a private message, as most My Best Buy related conversations end-up needing to be taken private anyway.
