Re: I can't sign in or reset my best buy account ?

I am having the same issue signing in, I have not been able to login for more than 6 months now and luckily had auto payment set before losing access. I have tried the suggested browsers (Chrome and Internet Explorer), clearing the cookies and caches, tried this on different computers to ensure it wasn't just my computer as well. I have rest my password and everytime I attempt to log back in using the new password I get the same error message "Something went wrong, inccorect password." After retting my password as well it always says "Something went wrong, try again later." but states it was successfully changed. I've attempted to talk to customer service who doesn't help aside from suggesting these troubleshooting tips that I've already attmpted without any success to accessing my account. I'm to the point where I will just go in person to reset this or cancel the card all together if accessing it online is going to continue to be a hassle.

Re: I can't sign in or reset my best buy account ?

Hi there, SusanOaks30,

Welcome to our community forums. I appreciate you taking the time to visit our community forums and letting us know about your issues accessing your account. I would be more than happy to see what options we have available to help you log into your account normally.

I do have some questions so I can continue to review this. Are you trying to access your My Best Buy or My Best Buy credit card account? While these accounts can be linked this is not enabled by default.

I see that you send a private message with some additional details. Please allow me a few moments to review this. I'll be sending you a private message in return. You can check your inbox by clicking on the orange envelope in the top right of your screen after logging in.
