Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Best Buy community forums. I am constantly making purchases on the Best Buy site and, I can imagine how frustrating it would be to require a new password every time I would try and log in. Thanks for letting us know about this and I would be glad to see how I can assist here.
I have a few questions about how are accessing our website. Which Internet browser are you using? Is it's default language set to English? Do you use a VPN or ad-blocker when visiting our website?
We do also have some troubleshooting steps that we recommend here. Have you been able to try these? If so, please let me know so I can continue to look into this further for you.

I have tried these troubleshooting steps. I am not using any VPN, just my home computer and no ad blocker.
Is it possible to look into my account and see what is going on?
