I'm having this exact same issue.
I've typed my password in manually, and I am using an English site on a computer that is connected to a secure network via ethernet if I'm at work, or a secure wifi network at home.
What help can you offer?

I know I was pretty frustrated when I kept running into an error when trying to access my My Best Buy account a few years ago, so I understand where you are coming from! Our goal is to provide the best shopping experience possible; we know an important part of that is having it be easy to access your account. While I'm sad that hasn't been your experience, I'm glad you said something so that we can step in and help!
From what you've told me, it seems like there is an issue with your My Best Buy account on our end. Can you send a message via the "Private Message" option in my signature with your full name, phone number, and email address for me to look into it?
