I am experiencing this now as well.
Very deceptive - I have made 5 phone calls to resolve this with no success.
It seems like this is a tactic to get the rewards to expire.

With this credit card, you have the opportunity to earn 10% back in rewards on your first day of purchases when using standard credit within 14 days of opening your account. These rewards would show up in the form of points to your My Best Buy account within 20 days after making an eligible My Best Buy purchase (35 days for Magnolia).
