agreed, those practices are horrible, I just found out that I had over $300 worth of expired rewards, they send a notification thru email that goes straight to the spam folder.

Typically, e-mails are sent when certificates are issued; however, we encourage members to manage their rewards account from their BestBuy.com accounts as e-mails may be filtered, blocked, missed, etc. There are factors outside of our control that may prevent delivery of an e-mail.
