My name is Phoebe {removed per forum guidelines} and my name is wrong on my account. It had me register as Vivi and I have no idea who that is. Can you help me get this corrected?

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for reaching out regarding the name reflected on your account. I know having the name reflected on one's account not being your own would be disconcerting to say the least, and keeping information accurate and up-to-date helps ensure a smooth experience. As mentioned in our post below, changing the name on an account is not an update available on the customer end, and only under certain circumstances are we able to modify it on ours.
