I've been having this issue for weeks, now i tried to buy a switch and a tv from you guys and get one day shipping but it wouldn't let me do it without an account, so i tried to make one.
An account with this email already exists.
Please sign in or use a different email address.
Except i don't have an account, no mater which email I try, or what recovery phone number I use it doesn't matter.
I just want to give you my money best buy.
So I just settle for Gamestop and Walmart.
Fast forward to today, and i want to buy an Insignia DisplayPort cable for said TV. It's only available at BestBuy in a short amount of time.
So I try and make an account again, thinking whatver issues might have been resolved but its THE SAME THING.
For some reason i think to myself, to try and use crhome (i use firefox).... and it works.
Please fix this issue. I was just trying to give you my money. It doesnt have to be hard. Think of all the business your're losing during this pandemic.
