I've been having this issue for weeks, now i tried to buy a switch and a tv from you guys and get one day shipping but it wouldn't let me do it without an account, so i tried to make one.

It says

An account with this email already exists.
Please sign in or use a different email address.

Except i don't have an account, no mater which email I try, or what recovery phone number I use it doesn't matter.

I just want to give you my money best buy.

So I just settle for Gamestop and Walmart.

Fast forward to today, and i want to buy an Insignia DisplayPort cable for said TV. It's only available at BestBuy in a short amount of time.

So I try and make an account again, thinking whatver issues might have been resolved but its THE SAME THING.

For some reason i think to myself, to try and use crhome (i use firefox).... and it works.

Please fix this issue. I was just trying to give you my money. It doesnt have to be hard. Think of all the business your're losing during this pandemic.

Thank you for stopping by our community forums. I can certainly understand how frustrating it would be to encounter issues every time you try to log in. Based on your message, it sounds like there is a problem with your browser preventing you from logging in.


Do you use a VPN or ad blocker when trying to visit our website? If so, I would recommend disabling these. You may also encounter errors if your browser's default language is not English. Lastly, I would recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies and then trying to log in again.
