I am having similar issues. I have tried different emails and phone numbers, I have tried to use the reset the password but there is no account associated with the email, I tried using an incognito tab as well as clearing the browsing history, and I downloaded the app and was still unable to create an account.

Thanks for joining our online community and posting to our forum, although I hate to hear you may be having issues creating a My Best Buy account. We definitely want to see you enrolled in our program and earning rewards for your purchases! Are you using a non-English browser? Sometimes that can create an issue.
