Im having a similar issue logging in, as it will not let me reset my password. I have been inactive on my account for several years and I have current certificates available in my account that i would like to be able to access. How do I go about getting this resolved so that I can one again access my account?

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us! I'm glad to hear you've returned to your BestBuy.com account after being gone for awhile.
Logging into one's account after being inactive for a prolonged period of time can almost guarantee a password reset. With that said, if it's been years as you mentioned, your account may have been retired, and you may need to re-create an account. Provided you include your member ID (which you should be able to find in your certificate emails) while creating your account, you should be able to easily link your existing My Best Buy membership to your BestBuy.com account without any trouble.
