I agree with Hlayton, I am having the same problem. I just recently purchased a big amount yesterday. Tried to verify my phone number, but it keeps telling me it is incorrect. I may have inputed a wrong number, is there anyway I can change that. Please get back to me ASAP, I don’t want to lose my points. Thank you.

After a fairly large purchase, I can understand why you would want to secure your points for it. Creating a BestBuy.com profile to keep track of your newly created My Best Buy membership is a great step to take. It is discouraging to hear creating a profile hasn't been as simple as we hope.
