I am having the same issue. However, my phone is currently shut off so I am unable to even try the text option.
Been trying to get in for over a week now. I have even tried to click the resend code button with no email whatsoever going though (yet, I was able to quickly recieve an email to verify this account for the forums....)
Thanks BestBuy... really trying to get us to order things when we cant even get into our accounts....
