Why didn’t I receive be a birthday coupon for my birthday?

First and foremost, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!  I hope that you have something fun planned.  The way things are shaping up this year I might get to find out the gender of my first child on my birthday (fingers crossed).  As you may read in similar threads, the birthday bonus coupon is sent to a random selection of members that happen to have a birthday tied to their rewards account.  There is no guarantee that a member will receive one or that a member will receive one every year.  It is also not a coupon that we can provide or reissue upon request.


You can make sure that a birthday is attached to your rewards account here.  Just click on "Enter your birthday" under "Birthday gift."  The coupons are generally sent in one large batch prior to the start of each month.  I would suggest double checking any spam, junk, or promotional folders your email account may have.
