Hey Derek,

I have the exact same problem, but this solution doesn't work anymore because one rewards account cannot be applied to multiple best buy accounts. Now my points and status are locked behind an account that I can't access? Doesn't Best Buy have a way to remove 2-step verification? The website literally says don't panic, call 888-bestbuy if you lose your backup codes. Kindly help if you can, thanks.
