Same here. Has been 4 weeks. I did not get my $30 reward certificate.
Called the bank and they told me call best buy rewards. The number they gave me is 1-888-237-8289.
I called the number and it says it is not wirthin their hours but doesn't say their hours are.
Who do I contact?

I got the e-mail for $30 reward for spending $300 outside of best buy. Clicked on the activation link. It has been 4 weeks and the reward has not shown up.
Called the credit card number and they told me call best buy rewards. The number they gave me is 1-888-237-8289.
I called the number and it says it is not wirthin their hours but doesn't say their hours are.
Who do I contact? What is the process to check about the reward certificate?

I called the number and they told me just wait. They told to just check again next week. It's already been 4 weeks and they didn't help on the given phone number.

Looks like I won't get be getting $30. I don't really know why.
I spend over $300 to pay for my car insurance on the best buy card. It is there. They are claming I made no such purchase. It in best buy rewards page that the purchase was made. It even says "outside Best Buy" for the points. It is also in my citicards statement.
Whatever. It takes Amazon 10 minutes to resolve any issues. It's been days and I've even been given a good answer on why it is not there.
Just not worth it.
