Hi - I'm actually having the same issue.
I got a new phone and didn't realize the Google Authenticator had to be transferred so now I'm unable to get into my best buy account. When I called I was told the system was down and they were unable to help me.
I see you mentioned there might be other ways to help with this issue - is it something you're able to help me with?
