Hello, I am also having this nightmare problem. I got a new iphone some weeks ago and now read that you were suppose to transfer Google Authenticator from the old phone to the new phone, in which I did not. So now I'm unable to get into my best buy account. I have talked to about five different people on the telephone number provided telling us to not panic if we don't have the backup codes. I need help with my account.
