Iam also experiencing same problem. BestBuy servers are not sending verification code to my phone number. Iam not sure how to login in from a new device. However I can login using trusted device, which dont need verification code. Calling customer care was ueless effort.

Welcome to our forums!  Getting an extra layer of protection set up for your My Best Buy™ account is a great way to keep your rewards safe.  It’s tough to get that extra protection set up however when you’re not receiving your code, and it’s disappointing to hear this has been your experience thus far.  With that said, you’ve absolutely come to the right place for help, and I’ll be happy to take a closer look!

Hope you are working on this problem with the detailed shared. This is really frustrating experience for me being an elite member of besbuy for many years. Didnt expect this kind of user experience. Just to inform you i lost access to bestbuy completely now as earlier i had access through at least a phone which was trusted device. Now that even wants me to add verification code which is not being sent by your server.

 

Its getting frustrating.
