Question

When I try to log in with my e-mail it says there is no account associated with it. When I try to create an account with the same e-mail, I recieve this error:

Sorry, there was a problem creating your account.
Please review your info and try again.

Welcome to our community forums. As someone who does most of my shopping online, I can imagine how confusing it would be to receive conflicting messages like this when trying to access your account. I'd be glad to help you take a closer look into this to see how I can best assist you.

 

I do have a few questions about how you are visiting our website. Which internet browser are you using? Do you use a VPN or ad-blocker? If so, I would recommend disabling these as they can cause issues when trying to log in. Is your browser's default language English?
