Purchases not showing in my purchases

I was checking my purchase history in the Best Buy app and noticed that all of my past purchases are missing except for the very most recent ones. I’ve seen the purchases there in the past but now they’re gone. Is there anyway to get them back??

EBrown711, how far back are your trying to go? Depending on how many transacting you have with best buy you may not be able to see everything. Apologies for not responding sooner, we short on staff.
