Purchases Not Showing In Our Account

Several purchase are not appearing on our account, thus I cannot check to see the purchase date, warranty, etc. This has been ongoing since we opened our BB credit account and includes several large ticket purchases. Some, not all, of our recent purchases are there, but none of the large ticket purchases show up.

My spider sense is tingling leaving me to believe that you might have more than one rewards account.  It is common for a member to end up with a second rewards account when a new My Best Buy™ credit card is approved.  A merge would easily fix that though.  Any points or certificates in the secondary rewards account would transfer over to the primary rewards account following the merge.  You should also be able to view any active Geek Squad Protection plans.

 

Let's confirm if my suspicions are correct by taking a closer look at your rewards account...or possibly accounts.  Before I can do that though, I will need to gather some additional information from you.  Please send me a private message with the information listed below and I will see what I can find out.  A private message can be sent by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button in my signature that just so happens to be labeled "Private Message."

A private message is quite alright.  As I mentioned before, active point and certificates will transfer following a merge but purchase history is unlikely to transfer.  We can provide copies of store receipts if need be or order numbers if you no longer have email confirmations.
