In regards to any points towards your My Best Buy™ account, please know it can take up to 20 days from purchase date before the points are posted in your account, as outlined in the My Best Buy™ Program Terms. If after 20 days, you’re still not seeing these points in your account, we’ve got a handy tool you can utilize to report missing points within your My Best Buy™ account, which you can learn more about here.
With that said, it looks like your issue was resolved between the time I started my response, and the time I’ve finished it, so that’s great to hear! If you ever have any other issues with your Best Buy purchases in the future, please don’t hesitate to visit our Support Forums again.
