Yesterday I purchased a large screen TV at Best Buy. I have the receipt and order number.
When I went online it became apparent that this purchase would qualify me for elite status and perhaps some future benefits.
I tried to find my old BB account but could not log in.
I created a new BB account and tried to add my purchase to the new account but could not.
Can you help me either access my old account or attach my purchase to my new account?

There aren't many things more exciting than a new TV. I bought a 65" TV a couple weeks ago and am wondering why I didn't sooner. The size alone has taken the experience of watching movies to a new level. Do you see a My Best Buy™ ID # displayed on your receipt? It would be on the lower half under the total. If so, then it could be that you have more than one rewards account. A merge would easily solve that though. Otherwise, there is a chance the purchase is not attached to a rewards account. We can look into reporting the purchase as "missing" if that is the case.
