Last Sunnday I purchased a television in store. The sale was done in the Magnolia section of the store. I gave my phone number during the purchase and the receipt also mentions my BestBuy member number.
I contacted support over chat and they couldn't help me with the issue. Anyone have any experience on how to deal with this?

For My Best Buy points, Magnolia purchase points can take up to 30 days (after any deliveries) to post to your account. Magnolia uses a separate invoice system, so these purchases may post to your purchase and reward history or they may not.
