I was perusing through the site and noticed when I was trying to look at my prior purchase history, that all my history of purchases has disappeared as well as all my reward zone points. I know I had a decent amount and that they are being banked.
Did something happen to my account? Oddly enough, the Geek Squad Protection plans I purchased are still listed.
Please assist when possible.

Thank you for taking the time to reconnect with us on the forum.
While a rewards account ID number cannot change, it is very possible that a new rewards account was created. That would potentially mean you have more than one active rewards account. If it does turn out that you have more than one active rewards account, then we should look into performing a merge. Any points or certificates in the secondary rewards account would transfer over to the primary rewards account following the merge. I will know more once I actually review your rewards history.
