I ordered something at Bestbuy.com on 2/9/23 (BEFORE the recent reward certificate rules change) and the order was cancelled the next day because the item was not in-stock at the store (NOT MY FAULT). I used 4 reward certificates for a total of $55 on the order and none were transferred back to my account. This seems like a scam but is hopefully just an oversight. Please help!

I will be happy to look into this issue with your missing rewards points. Even with the changing of the program your points should have went back to your account.
