Purchase History Inaccuracies

This is the second time that I have an order (currently {removed per forum guidelines} three items) that I can receive an individual order confirmation and pick up, yet it never appeared in the "order status" list. This is not the only past order. Therefore the purchase history contains inaccuracies. Why?

Welcome to our community forums. As a My Best Buy member, I use the purchase history feature quite a bit and know I would want to it to be accurate if I were in your shoes. I would be glad to help you look into this and see what options are available moving forward.

 

Do you recall if you were logged into your My Best Buy account when making these purchases? If you checked out as a guest these purchases would not automatically be associated with your My Best Buy account. We do offer the option to report missing purchases, you can find instructions on how to do so here. As long as you were a My Best Buy member at the time, purchases made within 180 days can be reported and added to your account.

In reply, I always log into my Best Buy account. I never use "guest." I will consult the link on entering missing info.
