Provided wrong information for the Order Number: {removed per forum guidelines}

I have placed an order using the reward certificate and returned the item in store and store person confirmed that iam goign to get it back to my account in 7 days, and never received it and call customer care with a 45 minutes of time on call and they opened a case# {removed per forum guidelines} stating that i will get it in 7 days. still didnt get it and again called yesterday and spent atleast 1 hour and then support team is saying i paid with a promotional ceritificate so i wont get it back if i return it and asked i would like to speak to a manager and they said transfering and phone never answered as i continued to wait for 30 minutes and droped the phone.


If i know it why will i return it i can keep it myself, and last but not the least being an Elite Plus member for last 4 years and the kind of supprot that i get from Best Buy support is very bad and its completely waste time for me. May be you guys are getting paid to talk to me but not the case with me. It would be great if you guys be courteous and kind and dont waste a customer time by your unknowledgable answers in opening a support case and telling and confirming what you dont know during return period. Iam completely disappointed with the way BESTBUY team looked in to my concerns and hope this will be my last purchase with the BEST BUY.

Welcome back to our forums.  Whenever our customers utilize our Return & Exchange Promise to return their products back to us, we’re hopeful it will be a smooth and straightforward experience.  I’m sorry to hear there may have been some confusion surrounding the promotional certificate you used on your order, but I do hope to clear up any questions you may have.


Generally speaking, once your order is returned, you can expect your reward certificate point value to repost to your rewards account within three days.  With that said, it sounds like the certificate you’ve used on this particular order is a bonus certificate, which are considered a one-time use, and are not eligible to be refunded if the order is returned.
