I made two appliance purchases on the same day. Each one had a Protection Plan. One of the Protection Plans is correctly listed in MY ACCOUNT. The other one, is registered to an account with a separate email address of mine. There is NO ACCOUNT with the other email address. Maybe they obtained the email address from my Payment made by PayPal for the purchase. I would like to get the email address changed on the plan that is not listed. How can this be done?
I waited on hold for over one hour and was helped by one very nice associate. He attempted to transfer me to someone that could correct the email issue and no one ever picked up. I have read that possible the Support Forum Moderators can assist with these matters.
